A new channel to report wrongdoing, or “whistleblowing”

At Eurodies, we take our responsibility to create a fair and welcoming working environment seriously, and we show that commitment in deeds, not just in words. Our corporate culture promotes mutual respect for our colleagues, our customers, and anyone else we work with. This helps us maintain our sterling reputation, but more importantly, it helps us avoid wrongdoing.
As part of our work, we welcome your input, especially when it comes to reporting any illegal behavior or harmful activities you might witness at work. These include crimes covered in Legislative Decree 231/2001, violations of Model 231 in the cases and areas provided for, violations of EU law, or violations of the Eurodies Code of Ethics.
To ensure that you can report any type of wrongdoing in complete safety, we’ve launched a special channel under the name “whistleblowing”.
Who can report wrongdoing and why it matters
Any person in the company can make a report from a computer, tablet or smartphone. A team of specialists will handle and investigate the report while protecting the identity of the person who made it, so that confidentiality is ensured.
It’s in everyone’s best interest for us to take swift action to stop any illegal activity immediately; it’s crucial both ethically and practically: any wrongdoing could do further damage to the company and our workers. Being united in dealing with wrongdoing makes the workplace better for everyone.
With this in mind, and in response to legislative guidelines, Eurodies has activated a reporting channel and published step-by-step procedures with straightforward instructions on the use of the platform at a dedicated link on our website.
